Rockwall, TX – August 25, 2022: Ridgeline Management are excited to announce Nate Echols as the new Executive Director for The Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care in Redding, CA. Nate comes to Ridgeline with over twenty years of financial expertise in the healthcare industry.

Nate is originally from a small town in South Texas, on the Texas/Mexico border, where his family has farmed and ranched for 6 generations. He moved to Redding with his wife after graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science over 20 years ago. Over the course of the past 20 years, he has worked as an Administrator in Healthcare in many different locations throughout Northern California: as an Assisted Living administrator, and as a Skilled Nursing administrator. In addition to work experience, he has also completed a Bachelors in Health Administration from Simpson University, and a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California.
Nate tells us, “I believe the most important aspect of my job as an administrator is creating a culture of respect and support for our staff, which creates a homelike environment for both our staff and residents.” When he is not working as an Administrator, he enjoys raising his two sons on our ranch in Anderson. He and his family enjoy playing sports, riding horses, hunting, and taking advantage of living in an area with so many outdoor activities. In addition to outdoor activities, he enjoys restoring vintage trucks, and hotrods.
