Karilee Baird, Administrator

As the Administrator for the Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, Karilee oversees the day-to-day operations of the Vistas. She is also responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, licensing regulations, and customer satisfaction.

Born and raised in Southern Utah, Karilee moved to Redding, California in 2007 to open the Vistas. Karilee began her career in Long Term Care at the tender age of 16, when she went to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant. It was then that she realized her passion for elders and knew Long Term Care was her calling. Through the years, Karilee has served elders in my different roles including activities, business office manager, community relations, and as an Administrator. Karilee was welcomed into the Ridgeline family in 2005, and feels privileged to be part of a company so dedicated to honoring elders.

Karilee believes in the Mission, Core Values, and Vision of The Vistas. She knows that culture is the cornerstone of success and is passionate about leading a culture of love, respect, empowerment, and accountability. She is highly regarded as a leader not only at the Vistas, but in the community at large. Active with the Redding Area Assisted Living Association, she has the desire for unity and comradary among assisted living communities throughout Shasta County.

During her free time, Karilee enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She is active in her church and enjoys reading, learning, art, and is easily excited about technology.
