Worker Course offered at The Vistas
The Vistas is sponsoring, and inviting the general public to participate in Naomi Feil's Validation Worker Certification. Naomi Feil's extensive research has proven that validation is a method of communicating with and helping disoriented very old people. It is a practical way of working that helps reduce stress, enhance dignity, and increase happiness. Validation – The Feil method, encourages those living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias to safely express their feelings, providing an atmosphere of trust between resident and caregiver.
We are honored that our instructor, Vicki de Klerk, the Director of the European Validation Centers and co-author with Naomi Feil of Validation Breakthrough, has agreed to bring this phenomenal training to the Redding and Oakland communities.
